Recommended Stones for this Healing System
What you will see on this page are the seven medicinal stones, which are
suggested with the Sound Healing CD, and their specific properties. An
extended list of stones is included in the e-book should you wish to use
your own intuitive choice in the stones you may prefer to use. As long
as the color of the stone is consistent with the specific chakra spirit
center, it will offer the electron stability prompt to the specific
area. I recommend the use of the stones in conjunction with using the CD
as you are deliberately lying down, allowing both the stones and the CD
to work with less distraction. The stones also support the crystalline
bowl vibrations from the CD allowing each chakra light flow to stabilize
through the course of clearing all seven major spirit centers. Hematite - The first color in the spectrum is
red, but Earth tones also carry the same basic vibration. Some hematite
stones do range in the red or reddish brown, but most I have found are
metallic gray. This is my favorite choice for the 1st chakra stone for
affordability and convenience sake. Carnelian - This orange stone is the suggested stone for placing on the second chakra. It promotes creativity, trust, and helps banish negative emotions toward others in regards to relationships of all kinds. It helps the lower back, kidneys, adrenals due to excessive worry, and improves the water element to assist in vitamin and mineral absorption and assimilation. Citrine - Used on the 3rd chakra, this stone is known as the success stone as it helps alleviate depression and self-doubt. It is noted as beneficial for digestion or stomach issues. It is also an excellent stone for protection from negative energies. Because citrine is found in various shades, please make a point of finding a stone which carries a distinct yellow color. If the citrine you have purchased on your own is in the orange/brown shade, use it for the second chakra instead. The citrine offered for order on the website, along with the other chakra stones, is always the vibration color that is best for balancing the 3rd chakra and carries the distinct yellow ray. They often have some clear crystal variations within them. Malachite - This green stone is used on the
4th chakra. It promotes empathy for oneself and others. It helps release
negative experiences and old traumas and guards against radiation and
electromagnetic pollution as well. Malachite also promotes
self-understanding, positive transformation, wisdom, and love. Blue Lace Agate - This light blue stone is used on the 5th chakra and is considered the stone of communication as it can ease the harsh edge of emotional communication and enhance public speaking. It aids in tactfulness to speech and written communication. Often, it is used to reduce or cure stuttering and other nervous speech patterns and habits as well as helping to release frustration and promote creativity. Sodalite - This dark blue stone is used on the 6th chakra and helps with insomnia, bringing order and calmness to the mind. It encourages rational thought, objectivity, truth, intuition, and the verbalization of feelings. It can be used to calm panic attacks and promotes emotional balance, self-trust, and acceptance. Both Sodalite and Amethyst can help relieve headaches. Amethyst - This dark purple stone is used on the 7th chakra and is known to curb addictions, especially alcohol addiction. It promotes inner peace, spiritual awareness, and relieves stress. It helps with transformation, intuitive awareness and healing of mind, body, and soul. Amethyst aids in dispelling irritability, mood swings, anger, rage, fear and anxiety. Since Amethyst is the highest vibration of the seven stones listed here, it should be used with a grounding stone to avoid spirit drifting. |
